We offer a 5-year warranty on our luggage, broken down as follows:

• 2 Years Complimentary
• 3 Years Free upon registration of the product within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty covers specific manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind as you travel.

Zippers

👍 What is covered: Defective zippers that fail to close properly or become misaligned due to normal use.

🚫 What is not covered: Zipper failure due to overstuffing the luggage or forcing closure on an overloaded suitcase.

Trolley System

👍 What is covered: Damage to the telescopic handle or any failure in the push-button mechanism.

Wheels

👍 What is covered: Wheel malfunction, such as breakage or non-rotation, under regular travel conditions.

Shell

👍 What is covered: Manufacturing defects, including cracks in the shell or discolouration at the time of delivery. Structural deformities caused by production flaws.

🚫 What is not covered:

• Damage from improper handling by airlines or transport services.
• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, dents).
• Issues caused by extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.

Carry Handles

👍 What is covered: Breakage of carry handles under normal handling conditions.

Locks

👍 What is covered: TSA lock malfunction or failure to operate correctly.

🚫 What is not covered: Locks that become unusable due to forgotten passcodes. We recommend noting your lock code for future reference.

Logo Plate

Warranty Terms and Conditions

To claim warranty:

• Keep your proof of purchase.
• Register your product within 30 days to access the extended coverage.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not apply to misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear.

Repairs beyond warranty period will incur a nominal fee. If the product is discontinued, we may offer an equivalent replacement or an upgrade option with cost difference.

Important Notes from EUME

• Take a photo of your luggage before airline check-in to document condition.
• TSA locks prevent accidental opening but not full protection from airline personnel. Always inspect your luggage upon arrival.
• If damage occurs during transit, report it to the airline before clearing customs for claim processing.
